Return Goods

Any item may be returned within thirty (30) days if the customer is not completely satisfied. Return authorization from Technical Innovations, Inc. is required. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging at the buyers expense to guarantee full credit less a 15 percent restocking charge.

Completely fill out the form(MS Word document or .PDF below) and return it by fax or email (contact info above) to Technical Innovations. Do not return material until authorization has been provided as the material shipment will be rejected and returned to sender.
