Minimum Orders:

TI has a policy requiring a minimum dollar order total of $100USD. If a purchase order does not meet the standard minimum order, the order will automatically default to the minimum $100USD amount regardless of purchase order total. A University is the only entity to be exempt from the minimum order policy.

Standard Payment Terms:

TI may choose to extend payment terms of Net 30 days to a customer who has requested terms and has been approved by the Accounting Department. If the customer’s payment terms differ from the payment terms offered, the law sets a default period of net 30 days. TI reserves the right to change or eliminate payment terms without prior notification to the customer. Standard terms can be changed if any of the following reasons are true, if the account has become constantly past due and if the average days to pay are over 35 days.

Purchase Orders that Require Credit Card or Prepayment Terms:

TI will require credit card settlement or prepayment for any purchase orders that met the minimum order amount, but are less than $500USD. A purchase order for less than $500USD must comply with this policy; no order under this amount will be released for shipment until payment options have been settled.

Credit Hold:

TI will not fill purchase orders for any customer that has an outstanding balance at the time an order is placed. If a purchase order is received from a customer that has an existing past due balance, the order may not be completed or shipped until payment has been settled with the Accounting Department.

Custom Products for Special Needs

Requirements for medical device production are so diverse it's not practical to list every tool for every need. Special alloys are used in drills for challenging applications such as placing holes in hard plastics or stainless steel braided tubing. TI will recommend the optimum cutting tool and hole-making system to accomplish the results desired. We encourage you to call and discuss your requirements with our engineering and technical staff.

Confidentiality

Technical Innovations understands that confidentiality is a cornerstone of the medical device industry. TI adheres to a strict policy of confidentiality regarding products sold to our customers and new product development projects undertaken with our customers. Technical drawings, specifications and prototypes are protected as proprietary. We know that our customers rely on TI to maintain the proprietary nature of custom products, hole-making systems and services provided to them. Confidentiality may be formalized in a written agreement, but be assured that TI will preserve the trust our customers place in us as a standard practice.
