In order to better serve customers and accommodate new business requirements, Technical Innovations recently moved to a new manufacturing facility in Angleton, Texas. Says Gary Cordell, CEO, “We are very excited about increasing space so we can add manufacturing capabilities and provide offices for future staff additions.” The new building is over 16,000 square feet, more than double the current space.

TI’s previous facility was in Brazoria, approximately 15 miles from the new building. Angleton is a larger community than Brazoria and will provide access to a larger employment base. Also, the new location will be more convenient to freeways and airports serving the greater Houston area. Because the new facility is so close to TI’s former location, all of their current employees have remained with the company.

“In addition to providing better equipped assembly and showcase facilities to TI’s line of hole-making equipment, the new building offers employee amenities and resources we previously didn’t have,” says Scott Thompson, Vice President. “The new manufacturing space allows us to optimize the flow of material and product and customers will benefit from shorter production schedules and faster manufacturing cycles due to efficiencies.”

The size of the new facility meets current space requirements as well as the Company’s anticipated near-term growth. Also, the Company owns undeveloped property that will accommodate future building expansion on the site, as needed.
